Performance Collective Scotland are recruiting a young person to join the team at an exciting point of growth. This is a paid, 6 month internship supporting finance, events, governance and funding development — right at the heart of a national performing arts collective.
They are looking for confidence with numbers, organisation, and curiosity — not formal finance qualifications. “Finance experience” could mean managing your own budget, handling money in a part-time job, tracking spending in a spreadsheet, supporting fundraising, or processing invoices.
If you’re based in Dumfries & Galloway and want real responsibility, mentoring, and hands-on experience in how arts organisations actually run — they would love to hear from you.
Deadline: 12 noon, 3 April 2026
Priority given to applicants in Dumfries & Galloway
Potential extension subject to funding
The post is offered at 16 hours per week, with a salary of £933 per month (£11,190 per annum pro rata), aligned with the UK Real Living Wage outside London.
