IS TO NOTIFY MEMBERS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF
THE DUMFRIES AND GALLOWAY
CHAMBER OF THE ARTS (DG UNLIMITED) SCIO

You are formally notified that the AGM will be held on
Monday 17th November, virtually from 6pm – 6.30pm via Zoom

Dear Members,

In accordance with the charity’s governing document, you are warmly invited to join us for The Annual General Meeting of the Dumfries and Galloway Chamber of the Arts (DG Unlimited) SCIO. Attendance is not mandatory but all our members are invited to attend if they wish to.

Your AGM is an important feature in DG Unlimited’s calendar of annual events and a key element in how we govern the Charity on your behalf. We welcome attendance by all our members and encourage you to attend. At this year’s AGM you will have the opportunity to virtually meet your Board of Trustees, and hear about our work during the financial year, 2024/2025.  This year we are conducting the meeting online, via Zoom. Simply click the link below to register to attend.

All DG Unlimited Members will be individually emailed a link to register their attendance or you can submit an electronic voting form by following the instructions if you are unable to attend.

For DG Unlimited members who register to attend – Your AGM Papers and a reminder of the link to join the meeting will be emailed to you before the AGM. Upon registration you will receive your zoom link to attend. The waiting room for the AGM will open ten minutes before the start of the meeting.

For DG Unlimited Member voting – You will be emailed a link to our secure electronic voting form which contains the resolutions for the AGM. Electronic voting is in accordance with our Charity’s Governing Document.

Zoom and technical advice – You do not need to have a Zoom account or subscription to attend. All you require to attend is a laptop / smart device with camera and an internet connection. If you require any technical support or advice, please email our Comms Team.

Accessibility – If you require additional support or advice to enable you to vote or to attend via zoom, a member of our team will be available to advise you. For additional support or advice, please email our Comms Team.
