Paid Opportunity for Local Artists!
Goldeneye Environment is looking to recruit and work with a local artist to undertake a “creative evaluation” of Species on the Edge work with bats on the Solway Coast.
Species on the Edge is a national partnership of eight conservation organisations who are working alongside local communities across Scotland to help protect 37 of our rarest and most vulnerable species. We would like to involve a local artist (or group of artists) in producing a fresh perspective on what the programme has been able to achieve, for both people and wildlife.
We are inviting proposals from professional artists and creative practitioners working in any medium and at any stage of their career, who are based in or near to Dumfries & Galloway and have an interest in participatory practice. The creative evaluation will give a voice to local people, and provide an opportunity for them to share their views about the project in a creative way.
The deadline for submitting proposals is 9:00AM on Monday the 14th April.
