Medieval Spiced Ink and Quill Making Workshop
10.30-12.00 Wednesday 4 November 2026
DG Unlimited’s Creative Mornings are a time for members to get together for a relaxed morning of connection, conversation and creative exchange with members of the DG Unlimited team.
This is a seasonal workshop at Old Mills Arts at Mabie Steadings. Make your own unique bottle of ink using recipes from the medieval period. You will use warming essences and fragrant plants in your ink to enrich the senses and make for a unique writing or drawing experience, perfect for the festive period to come. You will also make a plant-based quill pen to use with your ink and learn how to seal your bottle of ink with Solway Honey beeswax.
6 places are available for DG Unlimited members only. Place are free and booking is essential.
Please email hello@dgunlimited.org if you would like to be part of a car-share or have any questions.
